Off-plan is a promise. A completed apartment is a fact: you can stand in it, see who lives next door, read the service-charge accounts and know exactly what the rent is. Completed stock is the heart of what we sell. Where we offer homes in buildings still under construction, they come direct from the developer, are clearly marked, and are illustrated with computer-generated images rather than photographs.
